Without question, this is one of Charlotte’s most exceptional dining experiences—an intimate jewel box that mirrors the singular vision of its chef. Born in Torino to a Venetian family, he trained across Northern Italy, Monaco, and France, and his global experience shapes everything from the ever-changing seasonal menu to the extraordinary wine list. The restaurant is, quite simply, an extension of him.
The interiors were designed to give that personality a proper stage. The art leads the conversation: a personal collection of vintage and antique posters sourced from the places he has lived, cooked, and loved. Around it, we layered richly detailed elements—French wallpaper, a rare Spanish cork and gilded wallcovering from the 1950s, custom trim work, and mirrors that deepen the space and the mood. The result is transportive, soulful, and unmistakably personal—much like the experience at the table.
